Eyal Tropen is an excellent choice to get a buyer in the best position to purchase a home. He was 100% dedicated to my husband and I successfully getting the house we put an offer on. When he says he will respond to every text/call/email the same day he honors his word. Our experience dealing with him was very comfortable because he takes you step by step through the process and makes you comfortable in it - “No question is a dumb question.” Ask anything any time of the day and you will get a response in a timely manner, which is so refreshing to have such easy communication. Don’t hesitate to choose Eyal because you won’t regret it. He knows his stuff!!

I have worked with Eyal Tropen for many years on a couple refinances and on a mortgage for our first business property. We own our own business and many of the banks and credit unions do not understand how our income and expenses are calculated. Eyal is an exceptional mortgage broker. He kept us advised every step of the mortgage process, explaining the reason for every obscure document requested from us. His manner was always friendly, and he is very knowledgeable, professional, and very dedicated to his work. It was a pleasure working with him. He helped us obtain the cash out to purchase our first commercial property. He is very organized and precise. He made the mortgage process easy and offered great guidance. He was always quick to respond to all of our questions and was always easily accessible. We absolutely loved working with Eyal and highly recommend him.

When you're ready to purchase a home, connect with an independent mortgage broker to help you get started with your first time home loan.

* If your down payment is less than 20% of the purchase price of the home on a conventional loan, you may be required to pay mortgage insurance.

Refinance
Have you ever considered refinancing your home loan?
Too many homeowners who close on their mortgage simply "get it and forget it," which could be a big mistake. Refinancing your current home loan may save you a significant amount of money depending on your interest rate, how many months remain on your loan term and how long you plan on staying in your home.
It's all in the numbers. So, let's do a little digging. Use our calculator below and then connect with an independent mortgage broker to start your home refinance
Why Refinance?
Lower Interest Rate
If rates dropped since you took out your mortgage, you may be able to refinance to a lower rate and monthly payment.
Adjustable to Fixed Rate
If you have an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) and plan to stay in your home for a while, you may want to refinance to a fixed rate mortgage.
Convert Equity to Cash
If your home value increased or you paid off a significant amount of your mortgage, you can get cash out of your home with a cash-out refinance to pay off credit card or other debt, make home improvements and more.
How Much Home
Before you fall in love with a home, be sure to fall in love with the numbers. If it’s your first time getting a home loan, it’s important to connect with an independent mortgage broker to walk through your financing options.
There’s much more that goes into the cost of homeownership than the purchase price. Other factors include: property taxes, homeowners insurance and the interest rate on the home loan. Preparing a thorough and comprehensive budget is a good first step to understanding how much home you can afford. Our home affordability calculator makes this easy.
You May Be Able To Afford A House Up To:
$0.00
With a monthly estimated payment of $0.00.
Based on your income, a home at this price could fit within your budget.
