Yeah, Blake is the G.O.A.T. Having a local lender is extremely underrated. We had a few issues with selling and it created a slightly more complicated transaction. Blake had a lot of creative solutions to help us get to closing. He was also very fast and made things simple with the documentation. We had a contingency and then ended up needing to close in a little more than a week after the transaction had been sitting for like 60 days. He got it done and showed up at closing with us at the title company. He’s an excellent communicator, too. I just don’t have enough good things to say. If you’re on the fence about calling Blake — DO IT!

Blake was an excellent mortgage broker! He was incredibly helpful and guided us through every step of our first time buying a home. Blake went above and beyond, always answering our phone calls & texts. He set realistic expectations throughout the process, and we even ended up with a lower interest rate & closing costs than expected! Because Blake worked so quickly, we were also able to close early. I highly recommend Blake to anyone looking to buy a home!

Blake is by far the BEST mortgage broker. We have used him for the last 10 years for every mortgage and refinance. He keeps in touch and is always communicative (even late at night which I still feel terrible about asking questions at 10pm!) Highly recommend to anyone in need of a lender.

Refinance
Have you ever considered refinancing your home loan?
Too many homeowners who close on their mortgage simply "get it and forget it," which could be a big mistake. Refinancing your current home loan may save you a significant amount of money depending on your interest rate, how many months remain on your loan term and how long you plan on staying in your home.
It's all in the numbers. So, let's do a little digging. Use our calculator below and then connect with an independent mortgage broker to start your home refinance
Why Refinance?
Lower Interest Rate
If rates dropped since you took out your mortgage, you may be able to refinance to a lower rate and monthly payment.
Adjustable to Fixed Rate
If you have an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) and plan to stay in your home for a while, you may want to refinance to a fixed rate mortgage.
Convert Equity to Cash
If your home value increased or you paid off a significant amount of your mortgage, you can get cash out of your home with a cash-out refinance to pay off credit card or other debt, make home improvements and more.
How Much Home
